What is your returns policy?
For digital orders, we have a 60 day money-back guarantee. For physical products, we accept returns up to 60 days of your purchase date. All returns must be mailed to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Digital purchases are available instantly after payment is received, and are also sent via email to you. You may like to check your junk folder to ensure your login information has not been sent there. 

Physical orders will be processed in three to five business days.

Your order will be sent with USPS and can take up to twenty-one days and you will be sent a shipping notification once your package has been left the warehouse which will contain your tracking information.

What does it cost to ship my order?
For all USA orders the shipping and handling prices are $8.25, for all Canadian orders $14 and international orders $25.
