The substantial bulk of programs that we advertise on this internet site are only available by electronic download.

That means you get given complete access to a members area, your login details will be provided to you after you buy the product and this information will be sent to you via email as well.

You may need to look in your spam folder in case any login details have actually been delivered there.

Physically Shipped Orders
If you purchase an item that is to be delivered using postal mail,  then they will be sent through the following shipping service providers …

USPS Media Mail
USPS First Class Mail International

Residential (UNITED STATES Only).

The delivery times in the U.S.A. are: Up to 2 business days for order handling Up to. 10 business days for delivery through USPS Media Mail.

The shipping times Globally are: As much as 2 business days for order processing. Up to 15 business days for distribution through USPS First Class Mail International.

Reimbursements.
Complete reimbursements on physical item products will be provided when an order is returned. Returns are  required to be sent out to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road STE C, Lindon, UT 84042. Please keep in mind that the client will pay for return delivery expenses.

Digital item reimbursements can be made by emailing consumer assistance with your clickbank receipt.

Physical Product Terminations.
We understand that occasionally things change so we have a 24-hour ‘cooling off’ duration whereby customers can terminate their physical item orders and be reimbursed PROMPTLY. To do this you can go to: https://www.clkbank.com/#!/.

Tracking My Parcel.
Once your order has been submitted and despatched, Vervante (our author and fulfilment company) will send you a monitoring link for your order. This will be sent to the e-mail you entered for buying within 3 business days.
